The Forum has a number of aims:
• To build a picture of crime and drugs related research in the North
West region.
• To promote the sharing of ideas, skills and knowledge amongst
researchers, policy makers and practitioners.
• To promote information sharing and access to data for research
purposes.
• To support and encourage dialogue between researchers, policy makers
and practitioners.
• To provide a mechanism for disseminating research findings.
