North West Case Studies

Government Office for the North West is planning to visit a number of crime reduction initiatives in order to increase their knowledge of crime reduction activity across the region.

Crime reduction activity led by Crime and Disorder Partnerships, Police, Probation and other Criminal Justice agencies is ongoing across the region.

Government Office for the North West aims to write up a series of short case studies documenting key information about crime reduction schemes across the North West region. It must be noted that these case studies do not constitute a full evaluation, so findings cannot be promoted as good practice, simply a description of ongoing work. However, the case studies are intended to raise awareness of crime reduction activity across the region and help to facilitate discussions between those working in the crime reduction field.

Examples of case studies include:

Liverpool Citysafe Key Safe Initiative.

Business Crime Initiatives in the North West Region

If you would like an initiative you are involved in to be considered for a case study, please email gonwcommunitites@gonw.gsi.gov.uk.
